What are the benefits of becoming a LMQG Member?
We have monthly meetings where you can enjoy guest speakers, activities and fellowship with other quilters. As a member, you are invited participate in our regular sew days, special activities, sewing swaps and workshops. As a member, you will receive priority sign-up for guild sponsored workshops and special activities. Joining LMQG also enrolls you in membership with The Modern Quilt Guild. The Modern Quilt Guild also has members only content that offers webinars, videos, membership card, member only discounts, free patterns and more. Many quilt shops offer discounts to guild members, just ask at your favorite quilt shop.
When and where do you meet?
Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7pm. Occasionally the meetings are moved due to meet guest speakers, but we’ll let you know in advance if that is the case. Joining via zoom is easy with members only access under the membership tab. When we meet in person the address is Ridgeview Mennonite Church 3723 Ridge Road Gordonville, PA 17529. Need directions? Can I attend a meeting as a guest to see if I would like to join?

How much does membership cost?
Dues are $55 per year. This fee goes to support the programs we offer to our members. Check out all of our great events here! Part of the membership dues are also sent to The Modern Quilt Guild.
What if I am already an indivdual member of the national MQG or if I am already a member of another Modern Quilt Guild?
Don’t worry, we will deduct the portion of dues that are sent to The Modern Quilt Guild so that you don’t end up paying that amount twice. Select the option “Year-Long Membership for Existing MQG Members” when you sign up online. Please note, this offer is valid when you have concurrent memberships and we will verify your other membership with MQG.
